As a member of our program, you’ll place our ads, banners, and links on your site, social media pages or blog and earn money through your referrals when your visitors buy from CustomReptileHabitats.com
PROGRAM DETAILS AND BENEFITS
Earn 10% commission on every original sale generated from your site, social media pages or blog.
Original Sale is defined as a sale that originated from your affilate link.
Note: Comissions do not include sales of branded products for "Snake Discovery" "Chameleon Academy" or "Leopard Gecko Talk" that we already have license deals with.
Real time reporting, with user friendly sales automation and tracking.
Payouts are on or around the 15th of the month, for the previous month, for all original sales that were shipped during that month.
It’s fast, free, and easy to join for the right candidates.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently offer Checks as forms of payment. We also offer store credit as well. Please note: Checks are only for USA participants and there is a $50 minimum payout if using this payment method.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Sign up as an affiliate by
1) Apply to become an Ambassador
2) Complete the application form and agree to our terms of service.
3) Fill out a W-9 form and send to CustomReptileHabitats@gmail.com
Please enter your blog or website under ‘Company’, and be sure to include a viable address and phone contact number to receive packages later on.
After you register, you will be asked to fill out a W-9 Form - we cannot pay you without receiving this completed form*. You can also find the form here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
*NOTE: This only applies to US Citizens. All non-US Citizens are instead required to include their full address in their affiliate profile.
We’ll review your website, social media pages or blog to ensure that we’re a good fit. Once you’re approved, we’ll contact you to provide you with login information. In our affiliate panel you will be provided with web banners, and support materials so that you can maximize your profits!

Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older to participate in the CustomReptileHabitats.com affiliate Program.
This information is verified when you fill out the complete registration form for commissions payout.
Honesty, Integrity, Passion
Content: We uphold our partners & affiliates to the same standards of honesty and integrity that we use for our company. Any material that you post as your own, and/or link with your CustomReptileHabitats.com affiliate Link, be the material written, visual, audio, or artistic, must be your own original work or fully cited and referenced with permission from the original author. Plagiarism and copyright infringements will not be tolerated, and will result in an immediate termination of the CustomReptileHabitats.com affiliate Relationship.
Be honest and original in your reviews – search engines reward good content and so will your customers.
Be involved – there is no minimum level of involvement, and we strongly encourage you to engage with us, to offer any support or assistance you may need.
CustomReptileHabitats.com loves reading your reviews! Notify the affiliate program coordinator when a review is posted, so that we can provide positive feedback, and send you a new product for review!
ALWAYS DISCLOSE
Whether or not you’re being paid a commission is something that the consumer needs to know so that they can make an informed decision. The fact that you’re being paid a commission for promoting the product needs to be posted on your site.
Here is an example:
"This site contains affiliate links which means that some of the products that are recommended will generate a commission for us when you purchase them (at no additional cost to you)".
PERMITTED USAGE
The following are permitted uses of the Custom Reptile Habitats brand and marketing resources
- Affiliates are permitted to use the graphical banners and design resources located in the affiliate program. If a specific size banner ad is not available, the affiliate may contact us and request a new banner graphic to your specific size.
- For product images, please contact us first, on a case by case basis as some images on this site may not be owned by Custom Reptile Habitats.
PROHIBITED USAGE
The following cases prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination of the affiliate account.
- Affiliates MAY NOT use the Custom Reptile Habitats logo, logo marks or other Custom Reptile Habitats website/branding imagery in a header graphic or in any way as to indicate they are officially affiliated or partnered with Custom Reptile Habitats .
- Affiliates MAY NOT use the term "Custom Reptile Habitats " in ANY variation in their site URL ex. (https:// customreptilehabitats.yoursite.com/).
- Affiliates MAY NOT promote Coupons that were not provided to them personally by Custom Reptile Habitats. Want to promote a coupon? Contact us and we can work with you. You may NOT promote coupon codes you may have found elsewhere online. Doing so can result in the termination of your affiliate account and withholding of affiliate payments for violating our affiliate agreement.
- Affiliates MAY NOT host or promote "coupon stacking" sites where customers may combine coupons to receive additional discounts.
- Affiliates MAY NOT use their assigned coupon code on personal orders. Doing so will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and your order will be canceled.
TERMINATION
You can terminate your affiliate account with us at any time. Please email CustomReptileHabitats@gmail.com to request the termination and arrange the final payout of commissions.
The Affiliate relationship is not an offer of employment, and is always at the discretion of CustomReptileHabitats.com. We reserve the right to terminate your Affiliate Program account if we find attempts made by you to abuse the CustomReptileHabitats.com Affiliate Program.
